After reading several reviews I was hesitant to get my haircut here but was short on time and in great need of a haircut in preparation of a red carpet event as I'm very involved in the entertainment world. I wish I would have gone elsewhere. As stated in other reviews yes the staff is slightly lacking in customer service. They did not cut my hair completely right either and I literally had to instruct my stylist on how to properly clean up, thin out, and trim sideburns which they still did not do correctly. My hair is slightly uneven, the back of my head along the neckline was not really cut right and could have been cleaner and looks sloppy and they did not correctly thin out my sideburns or trim them as instructed which tend to become very bushy and grow back quickly. I have little hairs sticking out of place and it will show on camera. I've gone too many other Great Clips with no problem and always had a great experience but this one I would definitely stay away from until they get some better more qualified stylists. I am a bit upset as I am going to have to get my hair cleaned up after I just had it done. This should not be the case and I shouldn't have to. Also their Clippers needed to be oiled and there were a few times where it snagged hairs and didn't feel too Pleasant. Not very happy
